Cignifi is looking for a highly motivated, organized, data expert with good oral and written communication
skills. As an early team member, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of initial customer
engagements. You will be based in Sao Paulo and report to the Brazil Country Manager but will have a
deep relationship with Cignifi’s CEO, founders, and product team.
The Engagement Manager will be Cignifi’s data liaison to its customers, including mobile phone
operators, banks, insurance companies and other financial services providers. You will be responsible for
extracting complex details about the structure and content of customers’ systems as well as evaluating
the data received from them. You will be a daily presence with their business and technical teams,
understand their workflow process and what they need from Cignifi in terms of user interfaces and
products. You will help build workflow diagrams, outline processes, and map data from a multitude of

What we expect from you:
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data from Cignifi’s telecom and banking customers
- Communicate customer feedback to the rest of the Cignifi team accurately and promptly
- Manage projects day-to-day with multiple parties, working to tight deadlines
- Determine where data and scores from Cignifi’s technology team fit into customer workflow

5-7 years of Product or Data Analysis Experience
We create a unique array of products. While we don’t have a specific list of qualifications, we’d like to find
someone with a background in or understanding of:
- Consumer credit data (credit card, auto, credit reports…)
- Familiarity with relational databases and basic SQL concepts
- Telecom data including call records, billing records…
- Ability to use BI tools and Excel Pivot Tables

Compensation will comprise base salary, bonus, and stock option plan. Compensation will be competitive
to attract the best talent.
